I am one of the lucky few who get to travel for work. Most of my travel has been in Asia, specially in Hong Kong and Taipei. Trying to stay healthy while traveling for work or pleasure isn’t an easy task. These are few tips I have discovered that help me stay on track.
Bring a healthy meal or snack for the flight
Pack healthy snacks, especially fiber rich snacks

Workout in the morning
Drink tons of water
Make sure you keep yourself hydrated while site seeing or even if your stuck in meetings all day. My trick is to purchase the biggest water bottle at the local grocery store. As I am carrying it through out the day, its a constant reminder to keep drinking water and the more I drink the lighter my bag gets. Once it’s finish I refill it.

Try to get as many greens as possible.
Beauty & Fashion Tips:
- Make sure you bring heavy duty moisturizer for your face, hands, and lips for the flight. The circulating reused air on planes can dry out your skin and open up your pores.
- Bring some type of face mask. If the place your traveling happens to be different climate than where you live, your skin will sometimes go into shock. To combat this, bring a face mask to help the skin recover. Especially if the air is extremely polluted.
- Bring only neutrals. Trust me it’s the easiest way to create outfits when everything matches.
- Light thin blouses is one of the easiest most versatile items to bring. A nice blouse can be worn with shorts in the day and with a skirt at night. It can also be used with professional clothes, if your traveling for work.
